Just as our classes bring our guests closer together, our food draws from a world of cooking to create a flavor that is uniquely "Fig." Influenced by 7 continents and our own backyard, our new tradition draws on street food, fine dining, farm-to-table and, most importantly of all, the home kitchen. Everything we cook, from Northern Italian Cannelloni, to Persian Jeweled Rice, to Lavender Crème Brûlée, is built on vibrant flavor and the best ingredients.
We are excited to announce that, beginning in 2018, we will be offering many new ways to enjoy our food! Stay tuned as we bring out more details about Take-Out, Theme Dinners, Chef's Tables, and more in the coming months. For now, we invite you to take a look at our upcoming classes.
